  2. Just rinse the chicken under running water, we'll dry it and stuff our garlic. To do this, it is necessary to clean the teeth, cut them in half and take out the core. The resulting halves are inserted into the blind sections that need to be made from the top to the bottom, by placing the breast in a suitable vegetable oil container, which is oversized by oil, for baking.
  3. Top with a soy sauce, trying to get into the incisions with garlic, and leave the meat marinated for about twenty to thirty minutes.
  4. It remains now only to bake the bird in a heated oven to 200 degrees, setting the timer for thirty minutes. If the breast is large, it may be necessary to increase the cooking time in the oven to forty or fifty minutes.

  1. Marinade for chicken breast in this case, we will prepare with soy sauce, honey and vegetable oil, adding also a little sesame seeds. All components must be connected in a bowl and mixed until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
  2. The flesh of the chicken breast is rinsed under running water, dried and cut into large cubes.
  3. Purified bulbs shallot shred rings or semirings, connect with the prepared chicken, pour the marinade and mix, a little rubbing the latter into meat pieces.
  4. About 20 minutes later, when the bird is missed, we spread it together with the marinade and onions in an oiled baking pan and send it to the oven heated to 185 degrees for about thirty minutes.
