Defrosted cherries and currants put in a saucepan, lightly mash with a fork and pour honey. Leave the berries on minimal fire, so that they will evaporate excess juice, which during baking can prevent the dough from baking evenly. Dense berry stuffing sprinkle with cinnamon and chill.

Thaw the defrosted dough into two layers of equal thickness. One of them cover the bottom and the walls of the chosen for baking form, on top of the berries and cover everything with the second piece. Prepare oatmeal from a mixture of oatmeal flakes with flour, sugar, soft butter and crumbled nuts. Berries defrost, let the excess juice drain and mix them with lime juice, spices, sugar and flour. Flour in this case is the key ingredient, which, covering each of the berries, will not allow them to release excess juice and leave the cake raw.
