The Greek diet

Since both these diets assume the use of a large number of foods with a low glycemic index - lean meat, fish, fresh vegetables and fruits. The Greek diet involves the mandatory use of a large amount of protein with each meal. For breakfast it can be eggs, cottage cheese or yogurt, and for lunch or dinner, any meat or fish.
