Ingredients:

- kefir - 0, 75 liters;

- salt, pepper, seasoning - to taste.
Preparation

Then we pour the chicken with kefir and leave it in the fridge for three hours, it is possible for the whole night. Chicken, stewed in kefir
Ingredients:
- fillet of chicken - 1 kg;
- kefir - 1 glass;
- low-fat mayonnaise - 1/4 cup;
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- dill;
- pepper, salt - to taste.
Preparation
Mix kefir, mayonnaise, finely chopped garlic and dill, salt and pepper. Chicken washed, dried and cut into portions. Chicken fillet pour the sauce and leave for 30 minutes. Then shift the chicken into a frying pan, add a little sauce. Stew on low heat under the lid until done.
Chicken in kefir in a multivark
Ingredients:
- chicken breasts - 500 g;
- kefir - 1 multistaken;
- salt, pepper, spices - to taste.
Preparation
Chicken breasts cut into parts, remove the skin, salt, pepper, add spices, pour kefir and leave overnight in the fridge. Set the mode "Baking" for 20 minutes, put the chicken in a bowl multivarka and bake the breasts on each side for 20 minutes.
Chicken in kefir with vegetables
To this baked chicken in kefir, vegetables are added, it is very convenient, you do not have to think what to garnish with.
Ingredients:
- chicken thigh - 2 pcs .;
- kefir - 2 cups;
- potatoes are not large - 6 pcs .;
- cherry tomatoes - 200 g;
- parsley;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- salt, pepper, sugar, seasoning - to taste.
Preparation
First we do marinade. Chop the garlic and parsley, take your favorite seasoning and add all this to kefir, salt. Cut the chicken into portions. Fill, the resulting chicken sauce and leave for 1 hour. We clean the potatoes, cut it into slices. The form in which we bake chicken oil and spread potatoes, top finely chopped garlic, tomatoes, cut into quarters, salt, sugar, pepper, spices. At the top of the vegetables lay the chicken and pour the marinade so that it covers the potatoes. Bake in the oven at 200 degrees for about an hour until the potatoes are ready.
Marinade from kefir for chicken
You can pickle the chicken for a shish kebab and simply in kefir, the meat will be tender and juicy. But if you make this kind of marinade, then you will get a very spicy and flavorful dish.
Ingredients:
- kefir - 1 l;
- Dried garlic - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- rosemary - 2 branches;
- adzhika (moderately sharp) - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- lemon (peel) - 1 piece;
- Worchester sauce - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt, freshly ground black pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Pour kefir into a saucepan, add adzhika, dry garlic and rosemary, mix. Next, salt, pepper and rub lemon zest, stir again. Marinade should be a bit brackish. We pour in the Worchester sauce and mix again. Marinade for the chicken is ready.
Chicken in yogurt
Ingredients:
- chicken - 1 piece;
- kefir - 0,5 l;
- dill dried - 2 tsp.
- garlic - 3 cloves;
- mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
We chop the chicken into portions and cover it with mayonnaise. Add the same chopped garlic, dried dill, salt and pepper. Fill the meat with homemade kefir and leave in the marinade for 1 hour. Then we pour vegetable oil into a thick-walled pot, heat it and put the chicken in it and pour the marinade in which it was. Stew until cooked on a small fire for 40 minutes, stirring occasionally.
