With washed and dried towel eggplant we cut the tails, and we cut the vegetable longitudinally into centimeter plates, which we can hardly cut to the edge. The fan thus obtained, we rub it in all its accessible places with large salt and leave the vegetables alone for 35-40 minutes. Then rinse them under a stream of cold running water and wipe off the rest of the water with a clean towel.

We cut cheese and bacon into very thin slices. Tomatoes, along with peeled red bell pepper cut into thin beautiful rings.

We open the fans of our eggplants on the oiled baking sheet and lay first bacon on each of its plates, put pepper, tomato on it, pepper them with a mixture of peppers and sprinkle with salt, and then cover each such "cushion" with a slice of cheese. In mayonnaise, we enter the garlic passed through a special press and apply this mixture to the fans. We put them in the center already warmed up to 185 degrees oven temperature and bake them from 30 to 35 minutes.

From good, dense eggplant we make beautiful "fans" according to the principle of the first recipe. Also abundantly rub the vegetables with salt and rinse it after half an hour.

Baking tray is well oiled with a spoonful of sunflower oil, and then we place on it maximally opened eggplants fan. For the interval of each cut, very thinly we apply fresh, salted pork minced meat. On it beautifully lay out thin slices of ripe fleshy tomato and sprinkle them with small straws from sweet pepper.

In mayonnaise, add a little flavored black pepper, mix and carefully lubricate them already stuffed eggplant. We rub (through the grater) the entire surface with hard cheese and put the dish in a warm oven, heated to 190 degrees. We wait patiently for half an hour, and then you can enjoy the taste of these unusual "fans".
