To implement this recipe, chicken meat rubbed with salt, ground with a mixture of five peppers, grated ginger, marjoram, rosemary and vegetable oil and leave the hours for two to marinate under room conditions. If the chicken you plan to cook with potatoes, then wash the tubers very carefully using a brush, and then cut into halves or slices without cleaning. After that, we savor the vegetable slices with the same seasonings as the bird, add salt and lay it on the foil together with the meat. We cover with the second sheet, we seal and we have in the oven for about forty minutes, which we pre-heat to 200 degrees.

If desired, you can give the meat with a potato flush, opening the foil about twenty minutes before the end of the baking process.
