Fried Wings

Chicken wings are most delicious in fried form. The ruddy crust gives them a unique taste and appetizing appearance, and the spices and other flavors used according to the recipes create each time a new culinary composition from this seemingly banal product.

This recipe is interesting in that it involves a rather quick preparation of chicken wings and an appetizing crunchy texture of the dish. For its implementation, washed and carefully dried from any signs of moisture, the wings are cut at the joint by links, poured and seasoned with a ground mixture of five peppers, bread thoroughly in flour and spread one layer into the heated refined vegetable oil in a frying pan.

We brown the bird from two sides to an appetizing ruddy crust, and then add peeled and chopped garlic cloves. After two minutes, pour in a mixture of soy sauce, honey and lemon juice and stand the dish on fire, stirring regularly, until a viscous sauce and mouth-watering wings with an attractive crust.

To obtain a more gentle and soft result, the chicken wings are pre-marinated in a mixture of a dining room of mustard, honey and tomato sauce with the addition of salt, ground mixture of five peppers and fragrant herbs of your choice and taste. We leave the bird in a spicy marinade for a minimum of a couple of hours, and then spread one layer in a multicast pot, preliminarily filling it with refined vegetable oil. We adjust the multi-device to the "Bake" or "Frying" mode and hold the wings for fifteen minutes on each side, and then put the products in any container and proceed to prepare the next batch.

After frying all the wings, return them to the bowl of the device, and then pour the remaining sauce there, cover the device cover, change the program to "Quenching" and cook the bird for another half an hour.
