Garlic, peel and cut into thin strips. Mix salt and dried herbs. Now spread the halves of tomatoes on a baking tray, in each of them, pour a little mixture of herbs and salt and put one or two strips of garlic. Pour a few drops of oil into each slice.

Then take out the tomatoes, pour the juice from the bottom together with the oil, and send it back to the microwave for a few more minutes. Garlic cut into thin plates. In each part of the tomato, drip a few drops of oil and send the pan to the oven, heated to 60-100 degrees. Dry tomatoes 5-8 hours, it all depends on the power of the oven and the size of tomatoes.

When the tomatoes are ready, they will significantly decrease in size, put them in jars, on the bottom of which lay pieces of garlic, herbs and drip some oil. Fill 1/3 of the can with tomatoes, pour a little oil, add spices and tomatoes again. Alternate the ingredients in this way until the pot is filled. At the end, slightly tamp the tomatoes and pour so that the oil completely covers them.

Close the jars and send to the refrigerator or in a cool, dark place.
