Goat cheese - recipe

Ingredients:

Preparation

Making cheese from goat's milk does not take too much time, but requires care. First, remove the top layer of cream from the milk, pour into a saucepan and put on medium heat. Once the milk boils, reduce the heat and add to the milk vinegar. After adding vinegar, stir the milk constantly so that it cools more quickly and better. As soon as all the milk is curdled, turn off the fire, and put the milk clot in gauze and let the remaining milk drain. It is best to hang a gauze bag. In a day, take out the clot from the gauze sack, season with salt and stir well as a dough. Form a cake and put in a thick frying pan. Put the frying pan on a slow fire. Your cheese must first melt, and then thicken again. Once the cheese thickens, cut it into pieces and while it's hot, give it the desired shape. Sprinkle the prepared cheese with cumin.
