Dish can be varied

If you add 300 grams of fatty sour cream along with salt and pepper, you will get a thick, rich pork stewed in sour cream. Do not put sour cream before - it will curdle in flakes, the dish will not have a rich creamy taste.

If 15 minutes before the meal is ready add mushrooms (champignons, white, boletus) cut into plates - about 0.5 kg for the indicated amount of the remaining products and stew, stirring to quickly evaporate the liquid, you will get stewed pork with mushrooms - a hearty and delicious dish, true , it is better to eat it immediately, rather than cook for future use.

A great combination - pork, stewed with zucchini, peppers and eggplant. Vegetables will add value to the dish, and its rich taste is sure to please everyone.

We put vegetables in such sequence: aubergines and zucchini, after 7 minutes - pepper, after 5-6 minutes you can salt, pepper and add chopped garlic and finely chopped parsley.
