It is best to choose a chicken for filling with a young, unfrozen, weighing about 1.6-1.8 kg.

We clean potatoes and cut into small slices. Mix the cabbage-onion-mushroom mixture with potatoes, add crushed garlic and greens.

How to bake a stuffed chicken?

If you want a crispy beautiful crust, bake the chicken in the form in an open form (in the alternative, you can bake a chicken wrapped in foil).

Put the chicken on a greased baking tray and bake in the oven for 40 minutes at 220 ° C, then reduce the fire to a minimum and cook for another 30-40 minutes, orient yourself to the appearance of the crust. In the process of baking, you can lightly sprinkle the chicken with water or beer 2-3 times a day. Cook chicken slightly cool, remove the thread and put on a dish. Decorate with greens.
