Benedict Cumberbatch will be involved in a spy thriller about the Caribbean crisis

One of these days it became known that Benedikt Cumberbatch will be invited to one of the main roles in the film "Eucalyptus" ("Ironbark"). The film is dedicated to the history of the British Greville Wynn, with the help of which the CIA managed to infiltrate the nuclear program of the Soviet Union. The director of the project was Dominic Cook, shooting thriller start in 2019.

As you can see, while little is known about this film, but Mr. Cumberbatch himself readily gives interviews to journalists and talks about his acting career and attitude to fame.

In one of the latest publications in The Rake Magazine, the performer of the role of Sherlock Holmes said that respect for the public requires hard work. The actor admitted from whom he took an example at the beginning of his career and told about his attitude to the theatrical stage:

"I admit honestly: I am an ambitious person. I watched with great attention to how my fellow actors get along with the "big cameras", and I always tried to take an example from them. Remember, for example, James McEvoy. He's terrific, and as a person, and as a professional. I remember him well at the beginning of the actor's way in the series "The Great Game" and "The Shameless." The actor noted that he did not even think that he could become a favorite of millions:

This filled me with confidence that I would follow in the footsteps of my family by playing classics.
