It will be much more effective to switch to proper nutrition : to exclude fatty, floury and sweet, daily use of fruits, vegetables and quality meat, dairy and sour-milk products. At the initial stage in the first 4-6 months of classes this will be quite enough.

It is advisable to use sports nutrition for beginners in the event that you do not have the opportunity to eat properly, and your goal is to gain muscle mass. In this case, you can connect sports nutrition in 2-3 months. Previously, this should not be done, because the habit and the need to regularly go to the gym have not been developed yet.

In this case, sports nutrition for muscle relief or a set of muscle mass is justified, and can replace meals at a time when you normally do not have time to eat. However, do not abuse this: nothing will replace your proper nutrition. It is advisable not to replace a cocktail more than one meal a day.
