Now we clean the onion, shinken its rings, add salt and thoroughly knead it until it releases juice. Next, throw it into the meat, season the shish kebab with spices and season with mayonnaise. Kiwis are washed, cut the peel and crushed into cubes. Add fruit to the meat, carefully mix everything and clean it for 40 minutes into the cold. After the specified time, gently remove the kiwi from the marinade, slice the pork evenly on the skewers, not too tightly pressing them to each other.
