One of the most popular dishes to take away in the institutions of the eastern cuisine is fried rice - a dish that is simple, satisfying and full of tastes, which means including all three characteristics of an ideal dinner. A little harder, but much cheaper, will cost rice cooking with an egg in Chinese alone, especially since the ingredients for such a recipe are the most affordable.
Rice in Chinese with egg and vegetables
Ingredients:
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- champignons - 110 g;
- sweet pepper - 115 g;
- cabbage - 85 g;
- carrots - 40 g;
- onion - 55 g;
- garlic teeth - 2 pieces;
- chili pepper - to taste;
- boiled rice - 2 items;
- soy sauce - 35 ml;
- a handful of green onions.
Preparation
First of all, drive a couple of eggs into the heated frying pan. Once the eggs are grasped, use a shovel to slide the dishes to one side. Plates cut the mushrooms. Separate the remaining vegetables into small pieces of any shape. Combine the vegetables in a pan together, add the mushrooms, chopped garlic and chili. After 2-3 minutes, mix the vegetables with the fried egg. Add the boiled rice to the pan, pour all the soy and leave for an additional 4-5 minutes. Serve with sprinkled onions.
Chinese fried rice with egg and shrimps
If you want to make a dish a bit more ornate, then add seafood to it. In this recipe we will use shrimp tails, but you can replace or diversify them with mussels, small octopuses and squid.
Ingredients:
- boiled rice - 3 items;
- onions, carrots - 35 g;
- a handful of green peas;
- sweet pepper - 40 g;
- garlic teeth - 4 pcs .;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- shrimps (peeled) - 1 item;
- sesame oil - 10 ml;
- vinegar - 15 ml;
- a handful of green onions;
- vegetable oil - 45 ml;
- soy sauce - 55 ml.
Preparation
Before you cook rice with egg in Chinese, heat a frying pan with vegetable and sesame oil. On warmed oil, brown the shrimp tails and transfer them to a separate dish. Spare the finely chopped vegetables together and add a couple of beaten eggs to them. Stir all together, letting the eggs grasp, return the shrimps to the dishes and pour boiled rice. As soon as the rice warms up, the dish can be filled with vinegar, soy sauce and serve in the company of sliced green onions.
Rice with egg and onions in Chinese
Ingredients:
- boiled rice - 2 items;
- bacon - 45 g;
- sweet pepper - 95 g;
- onion - 130 g;
- hot pepper - 1 piece;
- garlic teeth - 2 pieces;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- soy sauce - 25 ml;
- a handful of green onions.
Preparation
Having browned the pieces of bacon, use the melted fat for frying onion half-rings with pieces of sweet and hot peppers. To the resulting roast, beat a couple of eggs, add the chopped garlic, mix and pour boiled rice. As soon as the grains are covered with fat from under the bacon and warmed up, pour in the soy sauce. Stir and unfold the Chinese dish "Rice with egg" on plates.
Rice in Chinese with egg and chicken
Ingredients:
- chicken fillet - 430 g;
- boiled rice - 5 items;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- onion - 55 g;
- soy sauce - 35 ml;
- a pinch of sugar;
- a handful of wheat germ;
- greens onions - to taste.
Preparation
Quickly fry the beaten eggs until ready. Chop onion and fry it with small chunks of chicken. Add rice to the chicken and pour in the soy sauce. Put a little sugar, stir the dish and combine it with eggs and wheat sprouts. Serve with onion greens.
