As soon as the bird is browned, add a previously cleaned and chopped onion, and carrots, and after a couple of minutes of potato cubes, pour the components with coconut milk, reduce heat, cover the container with a lid and leave it to languish for a while.

At the same time, we prepare curry sauce. To do this, pour fresh tomatoes with boiling water, previously cutting the fruit crosswise, and then remove the skin. The flesh of tomatoes is grated on a grater. Add to the mashed potatoes chopped pods of hot peppers and grated onions, pour curry powder and grinded seeds in the coffee grinder, and also add ginger root and vegetable oil. Transfer the resulting sauce to the meat, add the tomato paste, salt and pepper to taste, mix and weigh until all components are ready.

For feeding, we boil loose rice, spread it on a plate on one side, and on the other put cooked meat with curry vegetables.
