Khachapuri with egg

Pinch the edges by collecting the dough into a "bag", and then gently roll it back to its original diameter. Bake cakes at 210 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Lubricate hot cakes with butter and try.

If you want to use the egg as a flavor additive in a dish, then increase the number of eggs to 3 pieces, boil them and finely chop, then mix with the cheese filler. Khachapuri with cheese and boiled egg can also be supplemented with fresh herbs.

Khachapuri-boat with an egg in Adzharian

Adzharian khachapuri are molded into a boat. At the time of filing, crunchy bread edges of such boats are smeared with a piece of butter, and its remnants are mixed with cheese filling and yolk. During the meal, slices of bread along the edges are picked and dipped in a cheese mixture.
