First of all, we start to mix the dough: take a bowl, fill it with warm water, add a little vegetable oil, throw salt and pour the flour in portions. Cover the dough on top with a towel and leave to stand in the heat for 30 minutes. Without losing time, we pass to the filling: the green onion and dill are rinsed, shaken and finely chopped. Cottage cheese we rub separately with eggs and salt, and then we mix with greens. Then, cut the dough into 10 equal pieces and roll each into a smooth ball. We spread the table with vegetable oil, roll the balls into flat cakes, put them on a plate, lubricate with oil and leave for 10 minutes. Then again roll out each cake thinner, add the edges of the dough square, distribute the curd filling and form an envelope. Next, stirring, pour in the flour and knead the dough. We leave it for half an hour to rest, and we prepare the filling ourselves. Cottage cheese weed with eggs, add salt to taste and add crushed dill. The dough is divided into small pieces, we form balls of them and roll them into a thin cake. In the center lay the filling and cover it with the free edges of the dough.
