Recipe for lasagna at home

Lasagna is one of the types of pasta needed to make the same Italian dish. In fact, this is a set of pasta, in the form of small flat thin dry sheets (rectangular plates) made of dough.

The main idea of ​​lasagna is that it is a multi-layered casserole in which the cooked plates from the pasta are alternated with layers of filling, watered with sauce, sprinkled with cheese and all this is baked. There are many variants of lasagna recipes with different sauces and fillings, and in fact, there is a wide approach for culinary fantasy.

The first stage is to prepare lasagna sheets at home.

Add a pinch of salt to the sifted flour and knead a fairly steep dough on the water. You can enter into the composition of the test 1 chicken egg. After mixing, let the dough "rest" for 20 minutes.

From the dough roll thin sheets and cut out of them with a knife rectangular plates approximately 12-15 cm by 5-6 cm.

These plates are best dried in a natural way like homemade noodles or can be dried in the oven, let the temperature be minimal, the door of the working chamber must be opened slightly.

Now you can proceed with the actual preparation of lasagna. Find a rectangular refractory (better ceramic) shape, on the bottom of which are placed 3-5 sheets.

Boil the sheets of lasagna in a large saucepan in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, carefully remove them and spread them on a clean napkin to dry.

At this time we are preparing the meat filling. Finely chop the onion in oil in a frying pan, then add minced meat. Stirring actively, fry until the color changes, then add the finely chopped tomatoes, stew for another 5 minutes, at the end - greens, chopped garlic.

We prepare the bechamel sauce: melt butter in hot milk or mix milk and cream. Add the flour and starch to the sauce, you can have a little dry ground spices. Cook on low heat until an average degree of thickening, continuously stirring.

We are building lasagna. Lubricate the bottom of the pre-heated form with butter and lay out the first layer of cooked sheets for lasagna joint in the joint (3-5 pieces). Plentifully cover the sheets with sauce, on top lay a layer of meat filling, sprinkle a little cheese and lay out the next layer of sheets, repeating the order of laying the first layer. We pour them sauce, on top again a layer of stuffing and so on. Cover the top layer of the sheets with sauce and sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake the lasagna in a preheated oven for 40 minutes, the optimum temperature is about 200 degrees. Ready lasagna lightly cool and cut into portions, orienting the shape of the sheets. To lasagna it's good to serve light table wine with a pronounced fruit acidity.
