Lagman is at home

To my chicken, we dry it with napkins and cut it into small long blocks across the fibers. Very quickly fry the meat in hot oil until it turns white on all sides. Add the garlic, salt, pepper to taste and put the greens through the press. After 2 minutes turn off. The remaining broth should be boiled and boiled in it noodles according to the instructions on the pack. Usually it's about 7 minutes. If there are a lot of noodles, take more broth.

Then we serve the lagman at home: in deep plates or soup cups we put noodles, meat with vegetables and fill with broth. Depending on the amount of broth, you can serve lagman and as an option of soup with noodles, and as a second course.

A little differently

The most popular meat in recent times is still pork. Of course, the original dish with this sort of meat is not prepared, but you can experiment and come up with a pork lagman recipe at home.

Warm up the oil and quickly fry the pork, cut into pieces "for one bite." They should be lightly browned, and not fried and not steamed, so that the fire is put on a maximum and quickly mixed. Once the meat has reached the desired state, put the finely chopped onions and leave for a while (minutes on 5 approximately) on a small fire. We stir from time to time. In the meantime, cut the carrots and zucchini with small cubes and add them to the meat. Our mixture of meat and vegetables languishes for at least half an hour at minimum heat. After that, we add potatoes, chopped finely Bulgarian pepper, salt and pepper. In the saucepan, let's bask in the broth. As soon as the soup boils, we shift the vegetables and meat into it and cook for about 5 minutes. We put the noodles in and after 7 minutes turn off the fire. We insist Lagman not for long, we serve with greens.

The same recipe is used to prepare lagman at home from beef, only we cook meat longer - at least 40 minutes.
