First we mix the honey dough: break the eggs into a pan, throw a few spoons of sugar and beat. In another bowl, spread the butter, sugar, honey and set on a water bath. In the melted mixture, we inject quenched soda and beaten eggs. Stirring, we stand for another 5 minutes in a water bath and remove from the plate. Pour gradually flour and knead the sticky viscous dough. Tighten it with food film and remove it for 30 minutes in the freezer, and then divide into 9 parts and roll each into a small bun. Using a rolling pin, roll the workpieces into thin cakes, cut off the edges exactly and bake them separately.

Without losing time, we prepare the custard. Eggs are driven in a saucepan, pouring sugar and pouring in milk. Then pour in the flour, mix and put the dishes on the stove. After boiling, we reduce the fire, cook until thick, and then throw the softened butter and whisk.
