Summer is two steps away from us, which means that it's time for health, sun and delicious dinners from fresh products. Summer recipes always carry a lot of energy and benefits, and this salad, prepared on the basis of apples and cabbage, is no exception. Light and yet very hearty dish can be cooked according to different recipes, but we have collected for you the most delicious of them.
Cabbage salad with carrots and apple
Ingredients:
For salad:
- young cabbage - 1 piece;
- apple - 2 pieces;
- carrots - 2 pieces;
- red onions - 1 pc .;
- parsley - 1 bunch.
For refueling:
- yoghurt - 1/4 of a century;
- mayonnaise - 1/4;
- honey - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- apple cider vinegar - 1 1/2 tbsp. spoons;
- poppy - 1/2 st. spoons;
- salt pepper.
Preparation
Cabbage finely shred. Apples and carrots cut into strips, with apples it is desirable to sprinkle with lemon juice, so as not to darken. Mix all the prepared ingredients together and add to them thin rings of red onions and fresh herbs. Spread the vegetables on the dish.
Yogurt, mayonnaise, honey, vinegar, poppy and salt with pepper whipped with a whisk in a homogeneous mass. The resulting dressing water the cabbage salad with carrots and apples on top.
Recipe for cabbage salad with apples
Ingredients:
For salad:
- young cabbage - 1/2 head;
- carrots - 2 pieces;
- celery - 2 stems;
- green onions - 3 feathers;
- cucumber - 1/2 pieces;
- fresh basil - a bunch;
- corn - 1 1/2 items;
- apple - 1 piece;
- avocado - 1 pc.
For refueling:
- limes - 2 pieces;
- Dijon mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- Dried garlic - 1/2 tsp;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
Cabbage finely shred. Carrots clean and rub. Apples are peeled and peeled and three on a large grater. Cucumber cut into thin slices, and avocado - cubes. Fresh basil washed, dried and ripped. Mix the basil with cabbage, add all the other prepared ingredients and mix them in a salad bowl.

- apples - 2 pieces;
- celery - 2 stems;
- grapes - 75 g;
- pecans - 1 handful;
- Lettuce salad - 1 head.

- mayonnaise - 60 g;
- olive oil - 1 teaspoon;
- grain mustard - 1 teaspoon;
- salt pepper.
Preparation
Pork cabbage and lettuce shredded. Carrots and an apple rubbed on a large grater, cut the grapes into halves and remove the seeds. Mix all the ingredients in a salad bowl.
Mayonnaise and olive oil beat whisk with a grain mustard. Add salt and pepper to taste. We fill the salad with Peking cabbage and apple and leave it to cool before serving.
Salad with beets, carrots, apples and cabbage
Ingredients:
For salad:
- pumpkin seeds - 1/4 of a century;
- Sunflower seeds - 1/4;
- sesame seeds - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- zira - 1 teaspoon;
- cabbage - 1/4 pcs .;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- boiled beets - 1 pc .;
- fresh spinach - 2 items;
- red onions - 1 pc .;
- apple - 1 piece;
- cranberry dried - 1/4 of the article;
- fresh mint.
For refueling:
- orange peel 1;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- salt pepper;
- lemon juice - to taste.
Preparation
All the seeds are mixed and dried in a frying pan for 3-5 minutes. Spinach blanched and dried. Cabbage shred, carrots, apples and beets rub on a large grater or cut straw. Red onion cut into thin rings. Mix all the prepared ingredients together, add cranberries and fresh mint.
For refilling, the orange peel should be mixed with olive oil, salt and pepper, and then diluted with lemon juice to taste. We fill our salad before serving.
