Stuffed squid: recipes

Carcasses of squid will boil within 3 minutes - no more, and we shall cool. Let's boil the hard-boiled eggs, cool it and rub it on the grater. Boil the rice, it should be crumbly. Peeled onions shall be chopped finely and slightly salvaged on oil in a frying pan. We will connect rice with the onion, add the wiped eggs, finely chopped greens and pounded garlic. Slightly add, pepper and mix. Now fill the carcass of squid prepared with stuffing and lay out 2-3 per serving plates. Garnish with sprigs of greens and pork stuffed with squid sauce. The most popular sauce for stuffed squid: olive oil, garlic, mustard, a little white wine, egg yolk. However, you can use other sauces, for example, homemade mayonnaise. Particularly good stuffed squid in sour cream sauce with garlic.

Squid stuffed with mushrooms and cheese

Boil 2 hard-boiled eggs. Let's boil the purified squid carcasses. Peeled onions shall be chopped finely and fried until golden in a frying pan in vegetable oil on medium-high heat. Add the finely chopped mushrooms to the frying pan and fry for 5 minutes, stirring constantly. We will clean the eggs from the shell and cut them finely or we rub them on a large grater (you can use the combine in the "chopper" mode). Cheese is also rubbed on a coarse grater. Mix all the ingredients prepared for the filling, add and pepper. Add 2 raw eggs, crushed herbs and garlic. All carefully mix and stuff the squid. We wrap each carcass in a foil, oiled on the inside. Put these folds on a baking tray and place it for 10-15 minutes in a well-heated oven. Ready squid can be served as a whole, but you can cut it across. Sprinkle with lemon juice and garnish with herbs. It is possible to prepare in the same way squids stuffed with rice and mushrooms. Simply include a glass of boiled rice in the recipe and reduce the number of mushrooms by half.

Sea recipe

You can cook squid, stuffed with "crab" chopsticks. Such a recipe will be especially appreciated by busy people, bachelors, as well as those to whom visitors unexpectedly came.

Boil the squid carcasses for 3 minutes. Chop the rods, add the rice. Add a little mustard, mayonnaise, crushed herbs and garlic to the filling. Pepper, add and mix. You can stuff it. Before serving, decorate with greens and sprinkle with lemon. Everything turned out as quickly as possible. You can quickly pack stuffed carcasses into foil and bake, then add 2 raw eggs to the stuffing.

Squid with chicken

You can cook squid stuffed with chicken. The principle is approximately the same as in the above recipes.
