Now the filling is cooled, mixed with finely chopped green onions and set aside. From these ingredients, knead the dumpling dough and thinly roll it out, cutting out a glass of mug. We spread the filling on the dough and carefully patch the edges. Boil the dumplings with minced meat and cabbage in boiling water until ready.
