Before you prepare chicken legs in the sleeve, clean all the necessary vegetables for cooking and cut them arbitrarily. Chicken pour citrus juice, mustard and honey, add a large sea salt and mix. Distribute the vegetable garnish in the sleeve, and lay the chicken legs on top of one layer. For such an amount of chicken and vegetables, you may need several sleeves at once. Place the chicken legs with potatoes in the sleeve in the oven, heated to 200 degrees. The cooking process will take about 40 minutes.

The sleeve also allows the bird to be baked in the glaze without damaging the oven itself or the baking tray, which, at times, can not simply be washed off after similar experiments in the kitchen.

Season chicken legs with a pinch of sea salt and freshly ground pepper, put them in a sleeve and put baked for 40 minutes at 140 degrees. Combine all the remaining ingredients for glaze. Carefully open the valve on the sleeve and pour the frosting onto the chicken. Again, fix the end of the sleeve and shake it to evenly distribute the glaze over the bird. Now raise the temperature to 180 degrees and cook the chicken legs in the sleeve for baking another 20 minutes.

It will not be easy to resist, but before serving, the legs should be allowed to cool for at least a couple of minutes.
