We sort out and wash the buckwheat groats, fill it with water, taking two servings of water for one buckwheat. Salting the contents to taste and set to cook on a moderate fire under the lid, without stirring. At the same time, mine and cut into mushroom plates and half rings of onions, lay the onions heated with vegetable refined oil, then add the mushrooms and fry, stirring, until soft and full evaporation of the entire liquid.
