Crush the tomatoes with a knife or rub through a large metal sieve. Add the tomatoes in the soup along with the tomato paste, pepper, add it, bring it to a boil and cook it on low heat for another minute. 3. Let's brew under the lid for 5 minutes. Before serving, fill the soup with sour cream and chopped greens.

Rubbed tomatoes and browned onions are placed in a saucepan and poured hot broth, add wine and boil for 2-4 minutes without a lid. Add starch to strengthen the density. Season with spices and immediately pour into soup cups. In each cup a piece of crumbs, rubbed with garlic and buttered. Sprinkle abundantly with grated cheese and chopped herbs. In boiling water, we put the chicken fillet, cut into small cubes or strips (across the fibers). We cook for about 10-15 minutes. Carrots and onions are cleaned and finely chopped, rescued in a frying pan on oil for 5-8 minutes. Tomatoes are blanched with boiling water, peeled, add to the pan along with tomato paste. Then to the chicken, add the vegetable paste and cook under the lid on low heat for another 8 minutes. We add salt, pepper, add dry spices. Turn off the fire and let us brew for 10 minutes. You can serve, necessarily sprinkled with herbs. You can, of course, include potatoes or small pasta in the soup.
