Broccoli with cheese

Broccoli, having a neutral taste, perfectly combined with many cheeses. Broccoli can be baked with cheese, or cook on the basis of this combination of soup, casserole, or pie. Some of these recipes we will consider in our article.

Pie-casserole with broccoli and cheese

Broccoli assorted for inflorescences and cook for a couple of 5-7 minutes. In a bowl mix grated cheese, 3/4 tbsp. flour, a little salt and mustard. Add the butter to the resulting mixture and mix thoroughly. We shift the mixture into a baking dish and form the basis for our casserole, distributing the mixture along its bottom and edges.

A little butter is melted in a frying pan and fry onions and mushrooms on it until soft. Add the remaining flour, cream, salt and nutmeg to the roast. Cook the sauce until thick, then remove the frying pan from the fire, add broccoli and beaten eggs. Stirring.

Fill our stuffing in a mold with a base and bake 15 minutes at 200 degrees, and then another 20 minutes at 190.

Broccoli and cheese soup

Blanched broccoli for 5 minutes. Onion fry until golden brown. On the stove we put a saucepan with cream and add cheese to it. Cook all over low heat until the cheese melts, then we put broccoli and onions into soup. Season to taste, if desired, we rub with a blender.

Mix flour with starch and spices. In a separate bowl 3 tbsp. Spoons of oil pour into 1 ½ tbsp. cold water. Mix the contents of both bowls until smooth, cover and leave in the refrigerator for 1 hour. In the cooled mixture, add whipped to soft peaks protein. Broccoli is sorted into inflorescences and dipped into the batter . We give the mixes a surplus mixture and fry the vegetable until golden in vegetable oil.

For sauce, roast the fried in butter, pour in a mixture of cream, add cheese and cook until thick. Season the sauce to taste and serve with broccoli .
