Returning home after a hard day's work, we are all gathering our last strength into a fist for cooking something to eat for dinner. A universal dish from a similar category is pasta with cheese. Pasta in the oven with ham, mushrooms and cheese
Ingredients:
- pastaf farle ("butterfly") - 500 g;
- butter - 50 g;
- mushrooms - 200 g;
- green onions;
- flour - 50 g;
- milk - 500 ml;
- ham - 150 g;
- cheese "Cheddar" - 140 g.
Preparation
Cook the paste according to the instructions on the package, letting excess liquid drain. In the saucepan, melt the butter (1/3 of the total) and fry the mushrooms on it for 2-3 minutes, until the excess moisture evaporates. Then we remove the mushrooms in a separate plate, wipe the saucepan and put the remains of the oil there, fry the green onions for 1 minute, then add the flour. As soon as the flour turns golden, a thin trickle pour the milk, without stopping stirring the contents of the frying pan. As soon as the sauce becomes thick and starts to bubble, we reduce the heat and put the ham and a large part of the grated cheese into the pan.
Spread the pasta and mushrooms in a baking dish, pour all the creamy sauce and ham and sprinkle with the remains of cheese. Baked macaroni and cheese will be cooked for 10 minutes at 180 degrees.
Pasta with cheese, minced meat and tomatoes
Ingredients:
- garlic - 1 clove;
- onions - 1 pc .;
- olive oil - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- forcemeat (pork + beef) - 500 g;
- tomatoes in own juice - 500 g;
- tomato sauce - 250 g;
- dried parsley - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- oregano - 1/2 tbsp. spoons;
- salt, pepper - to taste;
- spaghetti - 250 g;
- grated "Parmesan" - 1/4 of the item;
- grated cheese "Mozzarella" - 2 tbsp.
Preparation
In a frying pan, we warm up the olive oil and fry the onion and green onions until transparent. Add the minced meat to the onions and continue cooking. As soon as the forcemeat grasps, we add on a frying pan tomatoes in own juice, tomato sauce and spices. Simmer the sauce for 30 minutes.
Spaghetti is boiled according to the instructions on the package. Mix the spaghetti with the sauce, spread half into the baking dish, sprinkle half the grated cheese and repeat the procedure. Bake the dish for 25 minutes at 180 degrees, or wait until the surface grapes with a golden crust.
Pasta with cheese and minced meat can also be prepared in a multivariate, it is enough to follow the previous recipe, and prepare the dish in the "Baking" mode the same time.
Macaroni with sausage, egg and cheese
Ingredients:
- spaghetti - 150 g;
- olive oil - 1 tbsp. a spoon;
- fatty sausage, or bacon - 3 thick pieces;
- grated "Parmesan" - 3/4;
- eggs - 2 pieces;
- salt, pepper - to taste.
Preparation
In the pot, pour the water and bring it to a boil, do not forget to salt. Cook the paste in water according to the instructions on the package.
Olive oil is heated in a saucepan and fry on it sliced sausage or bacon. The fat released during frying is drained into a separate container, and the bacon is laid out on a napkin.
We collect 1/4 cups of water, in which the paste was cooked, we put the paste in the pan ourselves, pour it with fat and sprinkle with the fried bacon. Pour water into the frying pan, simmer for about a minute, then add egg white, 1/2 cup cheese and pepper. Thoroughly mix.
We divide the paste into 2 portions, in each we form a small "nest", into which we drive a raw chicken yolk. Ready meal we savor the remains of cheese and black pepper.
