- ground black pepper - to taste;
- red wine - 250 g;
- salt - to taste.
Preparation
We cut onions with large slices, fry on half of the taken butter until golden. Add crushed garlic, oregano, pepper, lemon juice and salt. We put on a small fire for a couple of minutes, add wine and keep on low heat for another 3-4 minutes. Then add the remaining butter and parsley.
Barbecue sauce "with a smoke"
Ingredients:
- tomato sauce - 500 g;
- brown sugar - 1/4 cup;
- Worcestershire sauce - 1/4 cup;
- apple cider vinegar - 1/4 cup;
- sweet mustard - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- liquid smoke - 2 teaspoons;
- honey - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sea salt - 1/2 tbsp. spoons;
- black pepper, garlic powder, red sweet pepper, ground celery root, onion powder - to taste.
Preparation
We put tomato sauce in a saucepan, add the rest of the ingredients and mix everything well. We put on a small fire and, continuing to interfere, cook for 7-15 minutes, until the consistency does not seem right. If you want to make the sauce more dense, then you can add a little starch, just do not forget to stir it well, otherwise the sauce will turn out with lumps.
Hot BBQ Sauce
Ingredients:
- tomatoes - 5 pcs .;
- tomato paste - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- red onion - 1 pc .;
- salt - to taste;
- garlic - 2 cloves;
- red chili pepper - 1 pc .;
- balsamic vinegar - 2 tbsp. spoons;
- sugar - 1 1/2 tbsp. spoons;
- ground black pepper - to taste;
- vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons.
Preparation
Mine tomatoes and cut into halves. Peel the onions and garlic. Chop onion slices. Pepper is mine, cut in half and cleaned of seeds. We put all the vegetables in a bowl, add the vinegar, salt, butter and sugar. We mix everything thoroughly. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and put it on for half an hour in a preheated oven to 180 ° C. After transferring the vegetables to the food processor and grinding all the ingredients to a homogeneous mass, then put everything in a bowl, add the tomato paste and pepper to taste.
The original recipe for a barbecue sauce
Ingredients:
- cherry - 1/2 cup;
- soy sauce - 2/3 cup;
- sauce hoisin - 2/3 cup;
- brown sugar - 1/2 cup;
- salt - 1 teaspoon;
- Chinese powder of five spices - 1 1/2 tsp.
- paste from black beans - 2 teaspoons;
- garlic - 4 cloves.
