Fried pies with chicken

In a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil and fry onions until transparent. Add the carrots to the onions and continue cooking until the vegetables get a golden hue. Then to the fry you can put the chicken and fry it until it does not grasp from all sides.

The dough is divided into pieces of the same size, each of which is rolled into a cake. In the center of the flat cake we put the filling and pinch the edges of the patty in the manner of the varenik, leaving a small hole in the center. We put the caked pies on a baking tray, grease it with whipped egg yolk and bake in a preheated to 180 degree oven for 15-20 minutes. Serve pies with chicken meat to soups on chicken broth.
