Recipe for pita lasagna with minced meat
Ingredients:
- thin lavash - 2-3 leaves;
- any minced meat - 1 kg;
- tomatoes are dense ripe - 4-5 pcs .;
- carrots - 1 piece;
- onion - 1-2 pcs .;
- cheese of hard varieties - 200-300 g.
For sauce:
- natural cream - 200 ml;
- wheat flour - 2-3 tbsp. spoons;
- Nutmeg and other dry spices;
- white wine - 25 ml.
Preparation
Tomatoes are scalded with boiling water and peeled, after which we punched the blender to a mushy condition. Finely chop the onion in a frying pan with a small amount of vegetable oil. Gently add grated carrots on an average grater and continue to brown for 5-8 minutes. We put in the same stuffing and stew, stirring with a spatula, for 15 minutes. Season with spices. Add the pulp of tomatoes and cook for 3-4 minutes on low heat.
Prepare the sauce: pass the flour in a dry frying pan until lightly roughened, pour in the cream and heat for 4 minutes, add wine, nutmeg and garlic.
Now, actually, lasagna. We cut the lavash with a knife on the plates of the correct size and gently into the joint (without overlapping) put them on a baking tray with high sides, pre-greased with grease. Then spread the filling, sprinkle with cheese and lightly pour the sauce. Repeat the layers. Bake in the oven for about 45 minutes at a temperature of 180-190 degrees.
Ready to lasagna sprinkled with grated cheese and chopped herbs. Before serving, lightly cool until lasagna has lost its shape.
Vegetable lasagna from lavash
Ingredients:
- lavash thin - 2-3 leaves;
- eggplant - 3-4 pcs. medium size;
- onion - 2 pcs .;
- sweet pepper - 4 pcs .;
- green string beans - 300 g;
- garlic - 4-5 denticles;
- a little vegetable oil for frying;
- natural butter - 50 g;
- solid grated cheese - 200-300 g;
- cream natural for watering - 200 ml;
- spices dry ground;
- the greens are different.
Preparation
First, vegetable filling. Eggplants are cut into small cubes and soaked in cold water for 15 minutes, then thrown back to the colander. Each bean pod is divided into 3 parts.
We cut the pita bread into plates of the right size. Now we grease the baking sheet with vegetable oil, we spread out the butt of the dough plate, we distribute the vegetable filling from above, then - the layer of cheese and again - the layer of dough. Repeat the layers. Sprinkle with cream and bake in the oven for 25-30 minutes. Ready to lasagna sprinkled with grated cheese and chopped herbs.
