We cut the strips of softened prunes, peppers, cucumber and meat. Walnuts are crushed, leaving a few whole nucleoli for decoration. Egg boil hard, cool, clean the shell and half of the three on a small grater. White cabbage thinly shred. Now we prepare the sauce for the salad: mix lemon juice, mayonnaise and soy sauce. Then spread the salad layers in the following sequence: prunes, meat, onions, cucumbers, top with watering dressing. Further we continue: pepper, grated cheese, cucumbers, egg, nuts, grease the surface with mayonnaise, sprinkle with cabbage, decorate with herbs and whole kernels of walnuts. Marinated mushrooms are thrown in a colander, and we boil beef in slightly salted water until soft. In the meantime, we are preparing a dressing: in marinade from mushrooms, add olive oil and grated garlic. Chop the chopped meat into thin slices, quickly fry it on high heat and put it into a salad bowl. Add a mix of salads, mushrooms, fill in the dressing and mix thoroughly. Ready "Hunting" salad with meat put for 30 minutes in the fridge, and then served to the table.

Salad "Hunting" with sausages

Beans pre-soaked for a while, best at night, then washed and put to cook in slightly salted water. Ready beans are filtered and put into a bowl. Sausages finely cut in circles and a little frying on preheated vegetable oil, then cool and mix with beans. Tomatoes grind into small pieces and also spread to the rest of the ingredients. Onions are cleaned, mine and finely shredded together with parsley, and then add to the salad. All carefully mix, sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste, and then fill with mayonnaise.
