And each is rolled very thin (about 1 mm), we give the formation a shape (for example, we cut off on the contour of the plate). Now each circle is pierced with a fork randomly in different places and spread on a hot pan. Fry about 1 minute from each side. During this time, the cakes are browned and a little "bubble". When all the cakes are ready, proceed to the cream: boil 500 ml of milk. While the milk boils, in a separate bowl, mix the egg, flour, sugar and the remaining 200 ml of milk. All this is a good mix, so that there are no lumps. When the milk boiled, slowly pour the resulting mixture into it in a thin trickle. Mix well the cream until it thickens. Now turn off the fire and immediately add butter. When the cream cools a little, lubricate them with cakes. Also, if desired, each layer can be sprinkled with chopped walnuts. We give the cake to soak in a cool place. Simple, but at the same time very tasty cake "Napoleon" is ready!

Smetana with softened margarine is ground until smooth. Add the sifted flour, egg, sugar, salt and soda, slaked with vinegar. Knead the dough. It should be soft and elastic. Leave the dough for 20-30 minutes, and then divide into 7-8 parts and roll each into a thin layer. And cut the mug according to the diameter of the frying pan. Blanks should be covered with a napkin, so that they do not become airborne. We prick the surface of the cake with a fork in several places. It is convenient to bake such cakes in a skillet for pancakes. To do this, it is well heated and put our cake on a dry frying pan. Fry from 2 sides to a ruddy crust. While the cakes will cool down, we are making cream: pour the milk into a saucepan and put it on the fire. In hot milk (but not boiling), stirring constantly, gradually introduce sugar, oil and flour. Boil the cream until thickened on a small fire. Warm the cream with cakes and squeeze a little. Decorate the cake with grated chocolate, nuts or crumb made from cake.

The dough should turn out dense, but not quite steep. We divide it into 8 parts and thin them out, we form a circle, we pierce each workpiece with a fork so that the cakes do not swell.
