Lying on the table for about half an hour, butter is transferred into a deep bowl and poured into it the usual sugar, mixed with vanilla. Whilst at an average speed of the mixer, whisk everything until you get a white oil. Continuing to beat gradually (one at a time) we introduce raw eggs. In a measured amount of kefir, dissolve, stirring with a spoon, a red gel color and introduce this mixture into the whipped mass. After switching on the mixer, stir the ingredients to a uniform red color. In the flour, we introduce fine salt, baking soda and cocoa powder, and then thoroughly mix everything. The coffee color mixture is gradually introduced into a bowl with all the ingredients and also, everything is whipped until smooth.

In the form on the bottom we cover the parchment, pour the kneaded dough and bake the biscuit at 175 degrees 45 minutes. After cutting the resulting cake into 2 or 3 parts.

Fresh eggs are separated from the shell, pour sugar and vanillin to them, and beat everything with an ordinary mixer to a double volume. In a bowl with high walls pour out yogurt, combine it with vegetable oil and then spread here the whipped egg mixture. In flour, a premium mixed with a baking powder, pour in dark cocoa and a bright red, dry color and, mixing, pour the loose ingredients to a uniform color. We put all this into a liquid mixture, mix it well and get a dough for our biscuit, which we transfer to a buttered deep bowl of a multivark. We set the mode "Baking" for 1 hour and 15 minutes. The chilled finished biscuit is divided into 3 parts.
