We spread the bread on the bottom of the prepared forms, we cut off the excess.

Peaches are peeled off from bones and peel, we mix slices with starch, lemon zest, juice, sugar and honey. Add cherries to the peaches and distribute the fruit mixture over the bread bases. Sprinkle with sugar.

Bake a charlotte for 30-40 minutes, and then let cool for 10 minutes before serving. Served with whipped cream.
