First, grind the tea in a coffee grinder to the state of powder, then mix with it flour, zest, salt and sugar. In a separate bowl, mix the powdered sugar with butter and rub the mass until smooth.

Pour the whole flour mix to the oil and knead the homogeneous dough. It should be hard and elastic, but not so dense that the dough can not be rolled out. Divide the dough into pieces and roll out each one along a sausage with a diameter of about 3 centimeters.

As in the previous recipe, mix all the dry ingredients and butter with sugar in different containers. Connect them and knead the dough. Since cocoa is an easy product, 20 grams of it will be enough to get the right color and taste, namely a dark brown dough.

This is the most unusual variation of the "Americano" cookie, the recipe of which is as simple as all the previous ones.

Essence of mint and chocolate chips you can find in any major store. Mix the flour with the ground tea and salt. Put the essence, chips and powder in the butter and mix the ingredients until the chocolate chips are evenly distributed and the sugar and mint are dissolved.

Mix both parts and mix the Americano biscuit dough. Do all the dough operations described in the previous recipes and lay out the cookies on baking paper. Bake the dish for 7 minutes at 180 degrees, then remove and cool "Americano" and send it to the oven for another 5 minutes to dry the cookies with chocolate and make it more crispy.
