For a red sauce, tomatoes are mashed and stewed with garlic until thick. Sauce seasoning to taste salt and pepper.

For a white sauce, fry the flour on the melted margarine for a minute, add tahini and fill it with almond or soy milk. Also simmer the sauce on low heat until thick.

Tofu is dried and crumbled. Mix the crumbs with lemon juice and a mixture of herbs. We spread the cheese on the bottom of the baking dish, spread the cauliflower over it, fill it with milk sauce, and finish the dish with tomato sauce. We put the casserole in a preheated oven to 200 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
