Rinse dried apricots and soak in cold water for 2 hours. We put the dried apricots in this water on a fire and boil for 20 minutes, not allowing to boil strongly. Turn off the stove, drain the water, dried apricots with a blender or a sieve. Add 1 teaspoon of sugar, salt and spices.
