Baked veal in foil

On holidays (and sometimes on weekends, and even weekdays), I want to cook something especially tasty, delicate and delicious, but at the same time satisfying.

An excellent choice for those who allow themselves to eat meat - veal (or young beef). This tender meat is well absorbed by the human body, it is pleasant to taste and contains many useful substances.

Veal baked in a foil with a large piece is a wonderful dish for the New Year's menu (and for other occasions), especially if guests come to the house.

In the market we choose chilled (not frozen) meat - a thick or thin edge or fillet - these parts of the carcass are most suitable for baking. Veal has a lighter color than beef. In young beef, the layers of fat and film have a light, not yellow color.

Before baking meat is better to marinate - it will become more juicy, in addition, the marinade will add extra flavor to the meat. It should be noted that the taste of young good meat is interesting in itself, so it is not necessary to make the marinade too aggressive. Marinades can be very different: based on wine, beer, sour-milk products, fruit juices and natural vinegars, as well as various sauces (for example, soybean). The choice of marinade is a matter of individual preferences. In our recipe, the marinade will be light and, at the same time, sharp and piquant.

Garlic and red pepper crushed. Cut the kiwi finely. Add the juice of lime, wine and spices. Meat should be marinated for at least 2 hours (and preferably 4-8).

Marinated meat is wiped and dried with a napkin. We apply a lot of fat to foil (so that the meat does not stick) and compactly pack our piece in 3-4 layers of foil. Bake in the oven at a temperature of about 200 degrees C for at least 2 hours (depends on the meat and the size of the piece), let it cool down. We cook the veal baked veal slices. You can serve with almost any garnish, vegetable salads, fruits. To such a delicious dish you can serve almost any wine (preferably red or pink) or home-made beer .
