Semolina - benefit and harm

Harm of semolina

Semolina is not always benefits. It is not recommended to use a manga for children; it is a highly allergenic product and can provoke the development of celiac disease (impaired absorption of nutrients in the intestine). In addition, semolina contains a lot of phosphorus, which interferes with the absorption of calcium. For children, this threatens the development of rickets, the fall of immunity and disruptions in the work of the nervous system.

Dietitians urge to give up the manga because of its high caloric content and the ability to provoke obesity. Milk porridge welded with milk, flavored with oil and sugar, represents a mixture of simple carbohydrates and fats, which is the most harmful combination for the figure. If you do not want to provoke the deposition of excess fats, cook semolina porridge on the water, do not add sugar and oil to it, and do not eat more than 2 times a week.
