Today we will consider several recipes of one of the most popular dishes from meat - schnitzel. It refers to Austrian cuisine. Initially, only veal was used for it, now it is made from a variety of types of meat and even from vegetables.

Each piece of meat is sent under a food film, beat off, rub curry and salt. Egg whisk, adding grated finely cheese. We mack the chops into the cheese-egg mixture, then into the biscuits and put it on a baking sheet (we have previously oiled it). We send for each piece of pork fat and bake. Pork pulp is chopped in a meat grinder. Season and salt. Pour in the milk, mix it. We collect mass in hands and we start to beat against a table. This procedure is required in order for the mince to become elastic.

We prepare from eggs and a spoonful of milk lezones. Form a minced bean and then flatten it to a flat cake. We dunk each cake in lezones and biscuits, we send it to the frying pan. When pressed from the finished schnitzel, transparent juice flows out.
