Slice the apple with small slabs and sprinkle with citrus juice. Sweet onions divide into as thin as possible half-rings. Smoked chicken can be crushed as well as apples, or broken down into fibers. Combine the prepared components of the salad together and take up the preparation of the dressing.

For filling, whip mayonnaise with mustard and a pinch of freshly ground pepper - ready. Season the salad, lay it on top of lettuce leaves and proceed with the meal.

Salad with chicken, grapes, pineapple and pine nuts

This salad has the name of tropical not just for that: not only does it combine several sweet ingredients (grapes and pineapple), but additionally coconut chips are included, and pineapple juice is used as the basis for the marinade for chicken. It can sound extravagant, but in fact it's amazingly delicious.

Lightly chop the chicken fillets to speed up the marinating. Mix soy with pineapple juice, butter and sugar, add a pinch of salt and pour the marinade bird. Leave for half an hour. Cook the chicken in a well-heated grill, and then chill and cut into strips.

For simple dressing, combine mayonnaise with sour cream and curry. Divide the grapes in half, cut pineapple and feathers of onions. Mix all the prepared ingredients with the dressing and add the chicken. Sprinkle the salad with pine nuts and coconut shavings.
