  3. The motivation for self-actualization is the motives of the individual in their highest manifestation, which can be briefly described as a need for self-realization.

It is believed that even the most brilliant ideas will not be realized if the persons involved for this are weakly motivated. What is particularly striking is the motivation for creative and cognitive activity.

Motivation of activity and behavior

In order for a person to have sufficient motivation for accomplishment, it is fashionable to use motivation, which, in turn, is also divided into two types:
  1. External influence. This impact is aimed at inducing a person to take certain actions that will lead to success in the desired area. It's like a deal: "I do for you what you want, and you too - for me."
  2. Formation of motivational structure. In this case it is a question of educational character - the coach will teach a person to motivate himself. it takes significantly longer, but also gives much more vivid and interesting results.

With the help of proper motivation, it is possible not only to efficiently build work in the company, but also to achieve any other goals.
