Now warm the gelatinous gruel on a water bath, stirring, until the lumps are completely dissolved, but do not bring to a boil, add flavor, lemon juice and mix.

We sift a handful of powdered sugar into a bowl, pour hot gelatinous mass onto it and begin to mix it first with a spoon, pouring the remaining sifted sugar powder a little, and then shifting it to a flat surface and with your hands.
