Pancakes are a dish that reminds us of childhood, immerses in the atmosphere of coziness and warmth, so we must prepare wonderful ruddy pancakes at least sometimes. Most often, pancakes are cooked either on a yeast basis or on kefir. However, you can bake magnificent pancakes and on sour milk, the recipe is quite simple, and time is not required very much.
Simple fritters
If the milk suddenly sour, do not pour it - on its basis delicious pancakes are obtained.
Ingredients:
- egg - 2-3 pieces;
- salt iodized large - 1 pinch;
- white sugar produced in the CIS countries - 150-180 g;
- sour milk - 2 cups;
- baking powder or soda ash - 1 sachet / 1/3 tsp;
- vegetable refined oil odorless - 2 tbsp. spoons + 50 ml;
- white wheat flour in / s - 3 cups.
Preparation
To make the dough for pancakes on sour milk turn out magnificent, it is not necessary to use a mixer, it is also possible to whip it with a whisk or a fork. First, pour baking powder into sour milk. If there is no powder, put out the soda (vinegar or lemon juice). Leave for a few minutes to process went. In the meantime, start whipping the eggs. First add salt, then gradually pour sugar. We combine the ingredients to homogeneity (grains of sugar should cease creaking). Mix both masses, pour in 2 tbsp. spoons of vegetable oil and gradually introduce flour. Of course, we sift it first. Stir the dough, smash the possible lumps. When the mass becomes uniform, it should be left for about 10 minutes to swell the gluten of flour, then mix the dough again and start baking pancakes. In the frying pan, heat a small amount of oil (since some of the oil is added to the dough, it will need much less during roasting), lay out small pancakes, using a tablespoon, fry on medium-low heat, evenly browning both sides.
Unsweetened pancakes
Tell you how to cook pancakes with sour milk without sugar. They can be with or without a filling, but it is better to add a little cheese or cottage cheese to the dough. It will turn out delicious, satisfying and fragrant.

- milk sour - 1 cup;
- cheese "Russian" or "Dutch" - 100 g;

- a mixture of dried herbs (oregano, parsley, basil) - 1 teaspoon;
- baking soda - ¼ tsp;
- lemon - ¼ piece;
- ground allspice - to taste;
- sifted flour in / with white - 2 cups;
- refined oil odorless sunflower - 2 tbsp. spoons + 30 ml.
