We collect the minced meat with a tablespoon and form the cutlets. Before frying, we roll them in flour. And then fry until a crust is formed on 2 sides. We put the received mass in pots and fill it with water, so that the surface was covered with it. Cover the pots with lids and put in a cold oven, then heat it to 200 degrees and cook the buckwheat with minced meat for about 1 hour. Now turn off the fire and leave to cool in the oven.
