Dishes from minced fish

Most often we use fish minced meat to make cutlets or stuffing the fish, but there is a wide variety of recipes that allow to open this ingredient in a new way. About some dishes from fish minced meat we will tell further.

Baked fish mince in the oven

Mix the melted butter with wine, parsley, salt and chopped onions. The resulting mixture fry in the brazier and add to it shrimp and fish minced meat. After 3-5 minutes, remove the brazier from the fire and drain 2/3 of the formed liquid.

In another brazier, fry the flour for 1 minute, add cream to it and cook, stirring until the sauce thickens and bubbles. Mix the creamy base with grated cheese. Add the liquid drained from fish and shrimps, lemon juice, add salt with pepper to taste and again bring it to a boil.

We put into the sauce fish and shrimp, as well as pieces of pickled mushrooms . The basis for the casserole is put in the form and put in the refrigerator for 6-8 hours. After the time, we take the casserole out of the refrigerator and put it in the oven, cook at 180 degrees for 40 minutes.

Bread crumb crushed into a crumb, sprinkle it with casserole from fish mince and bake for another 15 minutes. Sprinkle the dish with the paprika.

We boil potatoes in salted water until cooked. Fish forcemeat fry on a small amount of vegetable oil, for 2-3 minutes. In a separate frying pan, warm the butter and fry the chopped shallots for 5 minutes. Fill the onions with cream and remove from heat.

Oven reheat to 200 degrees. Lubricate the molds for soufflé butter.

Boiled potatoes are cleaned and poured, add the remaining butter and cream with shallot. We add to the potatoes a pinch of salt and pepper, as well as egg yolks whipped with mustard. Add minced meat.

Whisk egg whisk separately to hard peaks and gently mix with potato-fish mass. We lay out the basis for the souffle from the fish mince by the molds and put in the oven for 15-20 minutes.

Rolls of minced fish in Asian style

Fish minced mixed with coconut chips, chopped chili, green onions and salt. We spread mixture on the edge of the paper for spring rolls, we distribute the chopped parsley over the top, grease the edges of the leaf with a beaten egg and turn off in the manner of a cigar, wrapping the side edges of the sheet, reaching the center.

In the deep fryer or in a frying pan, we warm up the vegetable oil. Dip a wooden stick into the oil if the bubbles around it form - the oil is sufficiently warmed up. We load the rolls into the preheated oil and fry them until golden brown. Ready rolls spread on a paper towel to allow the excess fat to drain off. Served with Asian dip sauce or simply with soy sauce.
