Now tell you how to cook a vinaigrette with peas. Carrots, potatoes and beetroots are thoroughly washed, put in a pot of water and boiled in a uniform until completely ready on low heat with the lid closed. Then drain the liquid, take the vegetables gently, shift them onto a plate and leave to cool. After that, we clean them from the peel and cut the same small cubes.

Onions are finely shredded and combined with boiled vegetables. With cans of canned peas, merge carefully the liquid and mix the peas with the rest of the ingredients. Add the well-pressed sauerkraut to the salad, pour salad over to taste, season with vegetable oil and mix well.

So, at first, mine thoroughly, all the vegetables: potatoes, carrots and beets. Then pour in a pot of water, put vegetables there and boil them in a uniform until ready. Next, potatoes and beets are cleaned and cut into cubes. Carrots are cleaned and shredded straws. Salted cucumbers are crushed, and the dill greens are washed, shaken and chopped.

In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients, spread out the green peas and add the dish to taste. Herring is dismantled from the bones and finely cut into cubes. Transfer the fish into the salad and mix. That's all, the vinaigrette with herring and peas is ready! Fill it to taste with butter or mayonnaise and stir. We serve on a table as a separate dish, or as a side dish to meat dishes.
