Courgettes baked with tomatoes and cheese

In the season of zucchini you can often cook delicious light snacks from this wonderful vegetable. To diversify the menu and please the family with something unusual-beautiful and tasty, cook zucchini, baked with tomatoes and cheese. There are different options for cooking this dish.

This dish is cooked in a pan, so first of all, we will oil it well. Zucchini and tomatoes are mine and dried, cut into round slices no thicker than 1 cm. We pass the garlic through the press, add to mayonnaise, pepper and mix well. Cheese three on a grater. We lay the wooden skewers for an hour in the water. Slice zucchini slightly greased with mayonnaise, top put tomato circle, again mayonnaise, zucchini. Alternate the vegetables in 3-4 layers, chop the skewers and put them in a pan. Bake on medium heat for about half an hour, then distribute the grated cheese over the surface and leave it in the oven for a couple of minutes. We serve an appetizer from zucchini with herbs, sour cream, boiled potatoes.

If there are no skewers, you can prepare a similar dish not in batches, but simply bake in layers.

Casserole from courgettes and tomatoes with cheese

Prepare the pan - we will oil it with oil, not forgetting the side walls. Vegetables are washed, dried and shredded, cut as thin as possible. The more finely you can grind the vegetables, the more delicious will be the casserole from zucchini and tomatoes with cheese. Cheese is also better to cut into thin plates, but if it does not work, you can grate it. In mayonnaise, we add garlic, pressed through a press. We stack in separate layers: we distribute zucchini, we water them with a layer of mayonnaise, we put tomatoes in the third layer. The cheese in this case is added at the end.

As you can see, the recipe for baked zucchini with tomatoes and cheese is not complicated, even a novice cook can cook this dish. However, it can be even simpler.

Fried zucchini with tomato and cheese

Zucchini and tomatoes are mine, dried, cut into plates, preferably of the same size. Zucchini breaded in flour, put in a frying pan in preheated oil and fry until cooked. Slices should brown and soften. At the hot zucchini we put a little cheese, cover with a slice of tomato, again the cheese and the second slice of a zucchini. We put our vegetable sandwiches on a baking sheet covered with parchment, and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 10 minutes. We serve with greens or a salad of fresh vegetables.
